A tech-centric celebration.

This multi-day event brought guests from near and far to celebrate a personal milestone. Book-ended by more casual connection-driven gatherings, the main event was styled as an exclusive, high-end nightclub that held all the comfort of luxurious sophistication juxtaposed with the modernity of technology-driven production.

Top Challenge:

Our client was looking to create a technology-oriented event that made guests feel as if they had been given memberships to a highly exclusive, brand new "club". With all of the technological elements, the power and rigging capacities in this brand new venue location required some creativity.

Our Solution:

We brought our production and design teams in very early on in the planning process so that we could build and design around the various factors. By focusing on free-standing technology elements, creatively utilizing anchor points, and supplementing power capacities, we were able to perfectly blend the cutting edge with the elegant for this modern design aesthetic.
